  1. The foundation stone of M/S. HIGH – DEFINITION TELEVISION PVT. LTD. was laid in the 1989. The company had been started as a proprietorship and later the same was enhanced its credibility by converting it into a private limited company. The company is better known as HDTV, which was incorporated with a vision to provide quality, entertaining and strong content programs to the masses. It has established its head office in New Delhi & a corporate office in Mumbai.
